Generation of high voltages is often necessary in Industrial, Medical, civilian and defense applications. One the popular methods generation voltage DC using a Cockcroft multiplier generator. Knowledge on characterization circuit helps designer to study effect various input parameters output, saves lot time money. In this paper voltages, advantages disadvantages each method are discussed. Design five stage circuit, fabrication 6.5kV generator presented. Simulation was carried PSPICE software under different load conditions. Effect output voltage, ripple with values load, frequency studied. Experiments were out proposed prototype model validated by comparing obtained from experimentation simulation theoretical
